Lately I've been thinking about my 'now'. Despite the pain and disappointments that may come and go in this life. One thing is for sure. We all have NOW. This moment. Right here. Right now.
Being fully present has allowed me to soak in the good in every day just a little more, instead of on the negative, because as we know....nothing last forever.
I want to challenge you today to get into the habit of being more grateful for all your 'now' moments. Try to live more and worry less.

Take a listen as I share how I found myself asking this question within my own life this past week, tips on how to evaluate yourself, and the person who helped bring this topic to light. Hint: he stands tall at 4'9 and has a smile that will melt your heart!
