Feelings of sadness, quick burst of laughter,and genuine anger can come in the most unusual way. One day your up, the other day your down-it’s an emotional roller-coaster ride.

When you BOAST, you are essentially giving yourself along with all of your accomplishments all the praise. Not all boasting is bad, tune in to hear the differences!
